Shipping Time: This item will be sent via Large Item Shipping. Shipping time is between 2-4 days via this service, excluding dispatch time. 

Dispatch time: The item will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks, as it needs to be custom-made to order. We will contact our crafters once you have made your order, and they will begin custom-making your item. Once we receive it, we will forward it via our 2-4 day shipping courier. 
 

Period of time: We accept returns on any faulty manufactured item within 14 days of purchase. We require the item to be returned in its original packaging and all accessories it comes with.

Faulty items are required to be attempted to be repaired before we can conclude a full refund.  

Returns will need to be paid for and arranged by the buyer. If proven to be a manufacturing fault, we will refund you the cost of the item plus the shipping to return it to us.
