At MobilityScootersNearMe, we are committed to ensuring your mobility scooter or powerchair arrives safely and efficiently, no matter where you are located in the UK. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.
Delivery Coverage and MethodsWe offer two shipping options based on your location relative to our warehouse in Camberley, Surrey (GU15)
Each mobility scooter is fully serviced and valeted before dispatch.Please allow 4 days for preparation while we clean, inspect, and securely pallet your scooter.
Orders ship via oversized pallet delivery and take 2–3 working days to arrive.
Delivery is curb-side only.The pallet will be left with you to reuse or dispose of as you prefer.
1.Local In-House Delivery (Within 55 Miles of Camberley)If your delivery address is within a 55-mile radius of our warehouse, your order will be delivered by our in-house delivery team. This allows us to provide a more personal and flexible service, including: Pre-arranged delivery time and date, Friendly handover and basic handover instructionsAssistance with unpacking and basic setup if needed
2. National Delivery (Over 55 Miles from Camberley)If you are located outside the 55-mile radius, your order will be shipped via a trusted oversized pallet courier service. Your item will be professionally packaged, securely protected, and palletised prior to dispatch to ensure safe transit. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only – please ensure someone is available to receive the item and assist if needed.
3. You will be provided with tracking information and estimated delivery timeframes once your order is dispatched. Dispatch & Delivery TimesIn-house deliveries are typically completed within 3–5 working days of purchase, subject to scheduling availability .Pallet courier deliveries are usually made within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
We will contact you to confirm your delivery method and arrange a suitable delivery window shortly after purchase.
Important Notes: Please ensure access for a pallet truck is available at your delivery location for pallet courier orders.It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the item upon delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours.

Part Exchange
We offer part exchanges on old mobility scooters. Fill in our part exchange form to find out if you can exchange your old mobility scooter for one of our refurbished ones.
Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing your mobility scooter. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To ensure a smooth process, please note:
Returned scooters must be in the originally listed condition and include all accessories and packaging.
Because each scooter is individually serviced, valeted, and pallet-prepared, a collection & restocking fee will apply.
Returns are collected via pallet courier, and the scooter must be securely wrapped and palletised by the customer prior to pickup.
Once the scooter has been inspected and approved by our technicians, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Our goal is to make your experience as easy and reassuring as possible while ensuring every scooter we sell meets the highest standards. If you have any questions before or after your purchase, we’re here to help.
